Thermae Bath Spa has officially reopened following its temporary closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The award-winning day spa began welcoming back guests in September, once again providing the opportunity to bathe in the natural thermal waters of the indoor Minerva Bath and iconic Rooftop Pool.
In line with government guidance, changes have been made to the Spa’s offering and new procedures have been implemented for the safety of guests.
The number of people allowed within the Spa at any one time has been substantially reduced, with a maximum group booking size of 6 people.
Director of Marketing, Peter Rollins, said, “Like all leisure and hospitality businesses in Bath, Thermae Bath Spa has been massively affected by the Coronavirus pandemic and the ensuing restrictions. We have been working hard in order to ensure that our guests can enjoy Bath’s natural thermal waters in a safe environment.
“Guests will see some changes within the building but will still be able to enjoy the Minerva Bath and spectacular views from the Rooftop Pool. For those looking to take their relaxation to the next level, our new package the Thermae Revive gives guests the chance to unwind with one of our favourite massages alongside their spa session.
“We hope the re-opening of Thermae Bath Spa will provide a much-needed boost for tourism in Bath and offer another reason to stay in our beautiful city.”
