Stone King says goodbye to Queen Square

After almost 200 years in Bath’s Queen Square, Stone King has moved its operation to a new site in the city.

The law firm, which had been based in Queen Square since 1832, has now officially opened its new offices on Upper Borough Court within Upper Borough Walls.

Steven Greenwood, Stone King’s Managing Partner, said, “This exciting move means all of our Bath-based specialist sectors and teams are working together at the same city centre location, providing clients with a seamless and accessible service all under the same roof.”

Chair and head of Stone King’s Private Client Sector, Alison Allen, added, “If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the past 18 months, it is the importance of constantly moving forward and adapting whilst holding on tight to our core values. We’re incredibly proud of Stone King’s working history in Bath and our story in the city now continues with a new chapter. We look forward to welcoming our clients at our new home.”

In February 2018 Stone King took office space at Upper Borough Court to accommodate ongoing growth and has now taken additional office space to facilitate the complete relocation of Bath teams under one roof.

The property has wheelchair access and a lift to take visitors to Stone King’s offices located on the second floor.
