Mogers Drewett has announced the further strengthening of their specialist dispute resolution team with the promotion of Maeve England to partner.

Maeve joined the team as a trainee in September 2005 and has made a significant contribution to the Mogers Drewett team over the last nine years.  As head of the dispute resolution department, she specialises in commercial property and real estate disputes as well as construction disputes.

She said “I am delighted to have been selected for partner at Mogers Drewett. It has been a really busy and exciting time to be a part of the firm this year. Now that we have an expanded team our capability has grown and we are rapidly increasing our footprint across the South West region.”

Managing Partner of Mogers Drewett, Steven Treharne said “Maeve has established an excellent reputation with our clients and particularly in the construction sector where disputes can be long term and difficult to resolve.  Her pragmatic approach to problem solving as well as excellent understanding of the legal technicalities helps ensure even particularly intricate cases are satisfactorily resolved.”
