Interaction, the Bath-based strategic workplace design and build company, has launched a new fast-turnaround workspace solution to help landlords let their office space more quickly and profitably.
The new Primed programme provides quality pre-fitted workspaces and ‘rentalised’ design options to help landlords, serviced office providers and co-working operators attract best-in-market tenants.
Interaction has started work on two new Primed projects at The Distillery office development in the Glassfields area of Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, Bristol.
They include a new office design and fit-out for Pax8, the cloud commerce company, on behalf of landlord Royal London Asset Management. The tenant has benefited from a rentalised approach which means the upfront design costs of the 15,000sq ft office fit-out will be absorbed throughout the lease.

Interaction is also fitting out a vacant 3,000 sq ft space at The Distillery to make it “occupier ready” on behalf of Royal London Asset Management.
Unlike Interaction’s traditional workplace solutions, Primed pre-fitted workspaces are designed with multiple future iterations and tenancies in mind. The fast design and fit-out service includes technology integration, furniture to support all ways of working and cutting-edge 3D and VR walkthroughs to help tenants visualise the space, speeding up the acquisition process.
