HPH celebrates first anniversary of serviced office subsidiary

A Bath-based serviced office provider is celebrating its first year in business.

HPH PLUS was launched in early 2021, with its first property at 23 Gay Street offering contemporary workspace, carefully designed with the environment and wellbeing in mind.

A carbon neutral building, 23 Gay Street combines Georgian elegance with all the embedded technology a modern office space might need, including superfast broadband, advanced heating controls, sensor-activated programmable lighting, sound insulation and remote energy monitoring.
