Growth for local recruiter

Bath-based recruitment firm FWD Thinking has expanded its team with the announcement of a new hire.

Following their recent rebrand FWD Thinking is continuing to strengthen its reputation in the market by recruiting “intutive and insightful” individuals into their own business.

Claire Price, who has a wealth of marketing experience in both client and agency, joined the team in August. Claire previously worked at well-respected agencies such as BD Network and Armadillo. She will work closely with Lauren Prince and Sam Laite, recruiting across a wide range of agencies including digital, PR, brand, comms and design.

Ned Sweeney, who joined Fwd Thinking just eight months ago, now has his feet firmly under the table, continuously developing his expertise and network across the digital technology space, working across a mix of start-ups, well-known brands and digital agencies.

Lauren Prince, principal consultant at FWD Thinking, said: “We are delighted to have brought Ned and Claire into FWD, they truly embody our core values of bravery, thoughtfulness and positivity. We have every confidence that they will be a huge asset to growing and developing the FWD brand and in turn securing new careers for marketing, digital and sales professionals across Bath, Bristol and the South West region.

“FWD is continuing to seek out adventurers that want to lead with their unique motivation and vision of rebelling against recruitment mediocrity. If that’s you please get in touch.”

FWD Thinking recently moved into Spaces at Northgate House in the centre of Bath. To find out more about them visit their website.
