- Alternative Funding
- Donor Engagement
- Social Media
The Business Exchange is proud to announce that 2019’s event partners have signed up to support the charity conference again in 2020. Fidelius Group, Stone King LLP and Milsted Langdon LLP, will all be involved, with their specific contributions to be announced once the full day’s programme is compiled. What we can reveal is that Fidelius will be hosting a Giving Bank, where people can donate everything from time, to skills and financial support.
Over 90 delegates attended the first Business Exchange South West Charity Conference and the plan is to double that figure in 2020.
The idea is to make the event as affordable as possible, with the ability to pick and mix the parts of the day you attend. This is not an income generating event, we just need to cover our costs.
What our 2019 delegates said…..
“As a charity we don’t often get the opportunity to interact with businesses. It was a revelation to see how important and beneficial it is to foster symbiotic relationships between the two. I found the speakers all very relevant and insightful too.”
“The speakers were very informative – I came away with much food for thought on how we might improve practice in our organisation.”
“Great mixture of businesses and charities. Good networking, friendly people. An event filling a gap in the South West.
