Apex Hotels has achieved a top accreditation award from Best Companies in acknowledgement of its outstanding employee engagement levels.

The group, which operates a four-star luxury hotel on James Street West in Bath, scored strongly across Best Companies’ 8 Factors of Engagement scoring framework.

680 staff across the business completed the Best Companies survey, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.

The results highlighted Apex Hotels’ employee benefits, friendly working environment, emphasis on teamwork and the employee assistance programme as contributing towards engagement.

Danielle Ramsay, Head of Resourcing & Engagement, said, “We are thrilled to achieve this accreditation from Best Companies. Here at Apex Hotels, we recognise the importance of our staff as an integral asset to the business, and that engaged employees spread positivity throughout every aspect of an organisation. We have implemented numerous programmes across the business to ensure our workforce is engaged and will continue to grow and adapt these over the next year to further benefit our employees.”
