To celebrate our first year in Bath we’ve launched our Start-up September competition in Bath & Somerset. Start-up September is an incentive we came up with in 2014 to celebrate our first birthday in Swindon & Wiltshire, with the idea of helping other new businesses get their ideas off the ground.
Each day of the month (1-30 September 2017), we will be raffling a prize on Twitter. The competition is aimed at Bath & Somerset companies that have started out in the last two years, with the idea to support them with products and services that they might not be able to afford, but would add real value to their business.
Bath & Somerset startups should follow us on Twitter @TBEBATH and tweet us with the hashtag #Iwanttowin. All participants will be entered into a daily draw, pulled at 9pm each day. Today start-ups in Bath & Somerset can win a well-deserved treat for all their hard work, courtesy of Bath Racecourse. The lucky winner will receive four free tickets to a race day with a behind-the-scenes tour of the parade ring.
In 2016 Bath Racecourse completed a multi-million pound refurbishment project completely rejuvenating the venue. They are currently getting ready for their last two race days of the season, their Autumn Afternoon Racing on Monday October 2 and the Season Finale on Wednesday October 18.
