Local IT company Systemagic has been named Micro Employer of the Year in a prestigious award scheme.

Systemagic which has an office on the Bryer Ash Business Park in Trowbridge and another in Bath, accepted the honour at the Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Awards in Bristol last Wednesday 18 June.

James Eades, managing director said: “This award is a tribute to us and our commitment to encouraging apprentices. We’re very honoured to have received the award. We’ve been working with the City of Bath College for seven years offering apprenticeships and it’s thrilling to be recognised for that.”

The successful company provides IT support for businesses across the south west and prides itself on encouraging young people to come into the sector.  It aims to have at least one apprentice on its team at any time. Currently the apprentice is 20-year-old William Barnes.

Systemagic is a growing company, with a team of experts who pride themselves on excellent customer service and an holistic approach to technical support. In practice, this means they build strong relationships focusing on clear communication and complete transparency.
