FWD Thinking go forth with new brand inspired by the Romans

FWD Thinking, a leading Bath-based recruitment agency covering the South West region, have recently relaunched their brand with a new style that celebrates the legendary history of Bath.

After the company launched in 2015, three years on director Sam Laite sought to revitalise the brand to better reflect the team’s work ethic, high energy approach and can-do attitude. Joining forces with creative agency Mr B and Friends, they’ve developed a bold and brave rebrand that echoes the ambition and creativity of the illustrious Roman empire.

The new FWD Thinking brand is built around challenging perceptions in the recruitment industry and railing against mediocrity. With the strapline ‘Go Forth’, the company is proud to form close partnerships with candidates to find their ideal careers, and present hiring managers with the best talent in the South West.

Director Sam Laite reveals why now is the perfect time to relaunch the brand: “Our sole focus is recruiting for the South West region, and given the market conditions and flow of talent entering into the South West, now is the perfect time as the job market continues to grow.”

FWD Thinking has plans for expansion in January 2018, adding new staff members to the team.
