Manage and Thrive is hosting a workshop on Thursday November 16, at The Guild in Bath, designed to help you become a highly successful manager.
Rob Hart, owner of Manage and Thrive and trainer on the day said: “We don’t really get told how to ‘manage’ at work, it is assumed. So when we are promoted from specific roles into management roles, people can struggle, and often with no help from their boss or the wider organisation. This training opportunity isn’t about learning to pass a test or getting a few letters for the CV. It is about you acquiring management essentials in a short period of time, without massively impacting on your busy schedule.”
The objectives of the day are:
- To appreciate the relativity of management and leadership
- To understand the benefit of process
- Review common management tools (and how you can use them)
- Develop key management techniques
The registration fee is £75 per delegate, but is being sold at an early bird rate of £45 until midnight on October 31.
